Social Media Marketing: Building Timothy Lee a Social Media Lens

Last year, I was having a difficult time reconciling Facebook with Twitter with blogs. Sure, there are ways to display posts between the social media sites, but to what end? Was there not a practical application?

Well, of course, there is. A brilliant San Diego web consultant introduced me to the concept of building a social media lens to bring the enormous pagerank power of social media sites to bear on a target site or page. This blog and the associated Twitter and Facebook pages are crossed linked and designed to "own" the keywords "Timothy Lee AR". The initial goal is to control most of the top 10 results for the target search phrase in Google. The further goal is to attempt to "own" most of the Google search results for "Timothy Lee".
